STATEMENT OF CONVERSION
All payments will be effected in Serbian currency – Dinar (RSD). The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Serbian dinar according to the current exchange rate of the Serbian National Bank.
When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our invoice.

COMMUNICATION VIA ELECTRONIC MEANS
By electronic communication, we refer to communication via email, video/audio/chat conferencing platforms. By accepting these General Terms and Conditions, you agree to communicate with us electronically. Our communication with you will be through the mentioned communication channels or the phone number you provide.

METHOD OF BUSINESS
GORAN PEŠIĆ PR KODIKON conducts business cooperation exclusively after signing a contract for technical business cooperation and a precise agreement on the method and time frame for the realization of the software solution or expertise and modification of the existing one on the appropriate cloud platform (rented by the client or by us). The client can only be a business entity (domestic or foreign). In order to achieve cooperation, we communicate electronically. Payment is made by delivering an invoice electronically, either through card payment or using an e-banking system.

WORKING HOURS

PAYMENT METHODS
Detailed payment terms are specified in the following text. Please familiarize yourself with them before making a payment:

Payment by Credit and Debit Cards

When entering payment card information, confidential data is transmitted via a public network in a secure (encrypted) form using SSL protocol and PKI system, which are currently the most advanced cryptographic technologies.
The security of data during purchase is guaranteed by the card payment processor. At no point are the payment card details accessible to our system.
To make a payment, GORAN PEŠIĆ PR KODIKON provides you with the appropriate payment link (pay by link), generated in the Payment Gateway provider’s environment via email. By clicking the link, you go to the payment page where you can view the amount, invoice, and must accept our general terms of business.

E-banking / wire transfer

This payment method implies that after receiving the invoice for services provided by GORAN PEŠIĆ PR KODIKON, you make the payment from your e-banking account (or via wire transfer) for the amount specified in the invoice. All payment details with clearly indicated instructions will be sent to you via email.
After successful payment you will receive notification on your official email which you provide us.

COMPLAINT POLICY
If payment has been made based on a valid invoice and the client has a complaint or requests a refund, the customer can contact us through any electronic communication channel or by phone to resolve the situation. For all complaints and legal disputes, the competent court is the Commercial Court in Niš.

PROTECTION OF CONFIDENTIAL TRANSACTION DATA

REFUND OF FUNDS
In case of returning goods and refunding a customer who previously paid with any of the payment cards, partially or in full, regardless of the reason for the return, GORAN PEŠIĆ PR KODIKON is obliged to make the refund exclusively through VISA, EC/MC, and Maestro payment methods, which means that the bank will, at the seller’s request, refund the amount to the cardholder’s account.
